In response to the terrorism incidents of September 2001, the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Planning and Evaluation, Department of Health and Human Services, requested that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) survey hospitals regarding their preparedness for treating patients from bioterrorism attacks or mass casualty incidents. It provided funding to field a special supplement to the 2003 National Hospital Ambulatory see more Medical Care Survey (NHAMCS). Data from the 2003 NHAMCS supplement will serve as a baseline for hospital terrorism preparedness because there were no major funding programs directed toward hospitals for this purpose prior to the start of the Bioterrorism Hospital Preparedness Program of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in fiscal year (FY) 2002. Even these funds had not yet been fully awarded to hospitals at the time this survey was fielded in 2003. Prior to the inception of the HRSA program, the Domestic Preparedness Program of the Department of Defense had not allocated any funding for hospitals, although it funded emergency response agencies.

Tijekom životnog ciklusa trgovačka društva bilježe uspjehe, ali i neuspjehe ovisno o raznim čimbenicima koji utječu na njihovo poslovanje. Stanja poput financijskih poteškoća, ogluhe ili stečaja predstavljaju see more fundamentalne razine životnog ciklusa trgovačkog društva. Svrha rada je prikazati financijsko restrukturiranje trgovačkog društva u poslovnim problemima na primjeru Agrokor grupe. U radu se analiziralo poslovanje Agrokor grupe od 2007. do 2017. godine, odnosno podijeljeno je u analizu poslovanja prije izvanredne uprave te pri postupku izvanredne uprave. Karakteristike poslovanja Agrokor grupe prije postupka izvanredne uprave su: niska likvidnost i negativan radni kapital u cijelom promatranom razdoblju, produženo plaćanje obveza dobavljačima u rasponu od 110 do 211 dana odnosno prosječno 156 dana, povećanje zaduženosti i visoka zaduženost te insolventnost u 2016. godini, solidna aktivnost Grupe, pozitivna profitabilnost do 2015. godine. Dolaskom izvanrednog povjerenika utvrđeno je neodgovarajuće korporativno upravljanje, a rezultati revizije pokazuju kako su utvrđene računovodstvene nepravilnosti i potencijalne protuzakonite radnje. Utvrđene tražbine iznosile su 31,04 milijardi kuna, a osporene tražbine 10,4 milijardi kuna. Grupa je uzela financijski aranžman u iznosu od 1,06 milijardi eura sa statusom najstarije tražbine. Uz navedeno ističe se složena struktura tražbina. Uvažavajući sve navedeno, financijsko restrukturiranje Grupe je moguće uz novu korporativnu strukturu, novu kapitalnu strukturu, alociranje financijskih instrumenata dionicima. Povrat vjerovnicima definirao se je modelom prioriteta subjekata. Vrijednost u Grupi raspodijelila se među dionicima na temelju njihovih zakonskih prava, odnosno rangu temeljem modela. Naplaćena vrijednost svake tražbine određuje udio ukupne raspodjeljive vrijednosti koju ona treba primiti. Nakon toga odredilo se koliko depozitarnih potvrda i zamjenjivih obveznica dobiva svaki vjerovnik.
