SAP MM INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Technical Reference and Learning Guide

por P.K. AGRAWAL

SAP is a powerful software that meets the requirement of business all over the world. This well-organised book comprising 34 chapters is useful for both beginners and professionals. Being a learning guide and a user manual, the book will be immensely valuable for all those who are training to be SAP consultant. If you are a material/production manager, a QM professional or a business executive, you will find that the book brings a lot of convenience in your work and minimises inventory losses. A New Approach to SAP Implementation Structured dialog :The dialog between the consultant and the users should be based on the structure of this book. The consultant would demonstrate a business transaction, e.g. goods receipt, in its simplest form. He would then explain the data items on the screens, their meaning and significance. He would enquire whether the data item is relevant for the client company. The data items that are not relevant can be hidden in the implementation, and related configuration marked as not required. When the consultant would come to a section explaining IMG node, his questions to the user would be designed to collect the information required to configure that node. Prototyping :As the structured dialog continues, the consultant would go on doing the configuration. By the end of the dialog, the consultant would have built a company-specific prototype. Training and trials :The prototype would be a rough-cut implementation of SAP for the company. It would be used for training the users. After training, the users would try out the system. They would perform routine transactions several times using real-life data of their company. They would try different scenarios and record their observations. Refinement :After prototype trials, the consultant and the users would sit together to discuss what the users required to do, but could not do with the prototype. The consultant would use this input to refine the prototype and to build new functionality, if needed. Configuration manual :The documentation of SAP implementation includes a configuration manual. This configuration manual should be structured on the lines of this book as explained in Chapter 34. Such a configuration manual will be easy to understand as it groups logically related elements together. User manual :This book will serve as a generic user manual. Company-specific user manual can also be structured on the lines of this book including only company-specific guidelines for the users. Stock Market Investing for Beginners: How Anyone Can Have a Wealthy Retirement by Ignoring Much of the Standard Advice and Without Wasting Time or Getting Scammed

por Richard Stooker

Want to get started investing in the stock market, but aren't sure how to do so?

What are stocks?

What determines their market prices?

Why do they go up and down?

How can I beat the stock market?

What are mutual funds?

What are index funds?

What are Exchanged Traded Funds?

Even though the stock market is the heart of a country's wealth, and even though it enables everybody to be a part owner in the largest, most successful countries in the world, it's not taught in public schools.

But be warned: the mainstream press often misrepresents the stock market. They focus on making the news exciting and dramatic to sell copies.

Frankly, the best investing is boring investing. It's putting as much money as you can afford into many companies, and reinvesting dividends. And continuing to do so until you reach retirement age.

The best investing is not about trying to figure out what's going to happen in the economy or the markets tomorrow, next week, next month or next year.

Many financial writers try to make you think you have to work hard at investing. You must study stock charts every night. Read annual reports. Thoroughly analyze a company's financial statements. Read THE WALL STREET JOURNAL, BARRON'S, and MONEY MAGAZINE. Buy special software. Hang out in online investing forums.

Not so!

Don't waste your time. This book takes modern financial theory to its logical conclusion. You can get the maximum long term benefit by following its simple plan. No tedious math or economics theory needed.

It's simple to set up. Then you forget about it. Pay no attention to the financial news. Just focus on making the most money you can in your career or business, that's all.

And if you're starting small, we've got you covered too.

You'll learn the various kinds of stocks and the various ways to invest in them, including tax-deferred retirement accounts such as an IRA.

This work is shorter than Stock Investing for Dummies.

Warning: the investment world is full of people who think your money belongs to them.

From out and out scammer brokers, financial advisors, newsletter editors, and to the managers of actively traded mutual funds, if you're not careful you'll help everybody get rich except yourself.

Your government also wants your money, so this includes a chapter on the tax consequences of investing -- and how to minimize them.

Therefore, scroll up to download Stock Market Investing for Beginners and get started right away.

Inventory

por Dionne Brand

In Dionne Brand’s incantatory, deeply engaged, beautifully crafted long poem, the question is asked, What would an inventory of the tumultuous early years of this new century have to account for? Alert to the upheavals that mark those years, Brand bears powerful witness to the seemingly unending wars, the ascendance of fundamentalisms, the nameless casualties that bloom out from near and distant streets. An inventory in form and substance, Brand’s poem reckons with the revolutionary songs left to fragment, the postmodern cities drowned and blistering, the devastation flickering across TV screens grown rhythmic and predictable. Inventory is an urgent and burning lamentation.
